# FAIR - Interest

The Radius Network Foundation offers its investors a high interest yield in contrast to the low interest yields of international banks.

In this way, our investors can benefit from the advantages of decentralisation in the banking system:

You eliminate the intermediary rent in the International Banking system.

You do not need to lock your money to earn interest income, you can take your money and get out whenever you want,

Flash Loans allow you to make money through arbitrage by buying high amounts of money at a moment's notice.

A flash loan is a type of uncollateralised loan that lets a user borrow assets with no upfront collateral as long as the borrowed assets are paid back within the same blockchain transaction.

We will also continue in the process of creating a new financial infrastructure that allows users to get instant returns on invested assets by locking the Flash Stake principal for a selected period of time.(enjoy)

Different stake pools will be created.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://radiusnetworks-organization.gitbook.io/untitled/fair-interest.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
